Install Browser Extension

Install the Test Companion browser extension to start recording your web interactions: Install on Chrome Web Store

Create Your First Project

  1. Log in to your Test Companion dashboard 2. Click “New Project” in the top-right corner 3. Enter project details: - Project name - Description (optional) 4. Click “Save Changes”

Configure Recording Key

  1. Navigate to your project settings
  2. Find the “Recording Key” section
  3. Copy the recording key
  4. Configure the browser extension with your recording key

  1. Click the Test Companion extension icon
  2. Start recording
  3. Perform your test actions
  4. Stop recording when finished
  5. Recording will automatically upload to your project
  1. Navigate to your recorded steps 2. Click “Generate New Test Cases” 3. Wait for AI-powered analysis 4. Review and manage generated test cases
  1. Open your recording
  2. Click “Report Bug”
  3. Describe the issue (type or voice)
  4. Generate structured bug report
  5. Review and edit as needed
